E-Commerce Product Design for Optometry Medical Group
Due to the ongoing launch process and internal policies, my employer has requested that I do not share project details until the store is officially live.
To enhance the optical shopping experience, stakeholders sought to expand in-clinic purchases by enabling patients to shop online for eyewear products. I led the end-to-end product design for this e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive shopping experience. Beginning with user research and competitive analysis, I conducted interviews with patients to understand their shopping behaviors, pain points, and expectations for an online optical store. These insights informed key design decisions to optimize product discovery, navigation, and checkout flows. I then translated findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, refining interactions through usability testing and iteration. Throughout the process, I collaborated closely with stakeholders to align business objectives with user needs. Finally, I worked with web developers from Roya to engineer the website, ensuring the final implementation met both functional and design expectations.
